Mean Girls was released ten years ago today, which is a thing that should make us all feel very, very old. Hey, anybody know what happened to those three guys? There was no Radio Disney to market to us in our infancy, no Nickelodeon stars waiting in an incubator to become pop stars, no Kidz Bop to translate American lyrics into child. Nope, we had to buy records made by guys who took statins.
Great to hear you're continuing on with Thanks for all the posts, and have a happy new year. I hadn't heard 'Like Flames' until about 10 years ago. I prefer their earlier stuff. As far as John Farnham songs go, 'Pressure Down' isn't bad. My class had to perform a dance routine to it at the end of year graduation ceremony in ' Thank god they stuck me at the back. Given that compilations were later removed from the main albums chart, 'Whispering Jack's reign at the top was short-changed when compared to long-running 1's from later years. Can't say I've ever liked 'Good Times'.
